Production & Logistics Administrator Position

We are seeking a Production and Logistics Administrator who will do what it takes to support some of today’s largest companies/brands like Dave & Busters, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Major League Baseball, Simon Malls, Disney, Round One, Warner Bros, and many more. The Production and Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating the production demand through manufacturing from establishing the customer commitment date to order fulfillment.

What you will do in a snapshot

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from key customer accounts
  • Create sales invoices for key customer accounts using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate supply chain management, expediting, and logistics of all equipment orders
  • Coordinate with the factory regarding production of new equipment and logistic schedules
  • Create equipment sales orders, packing memos and coordinate with the factory for delivery dates
  • Prepare and enter all equipment invoices and follow-up with the customer per salesperson’s instructions
  • Respond to questions regarding equipment invoices and product inquiries
  • Perform regular audits of daily paperwork including outgoing parts/media shipments
  • Create vendor purchase orders and collaborate with the Warehouse to maintain appropriate inventory and parts levels
  • Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances in conjunction with the Accounting Department
  • Record and monitor inventory transactions
  • Investigate obsolete inventory items and create new inventory items
  • Report manufacturing issues to the Director of Production and Logistics and communicate with the production facility as needed
  • Coordinate booking travel and transportation logistics

Will you be the perfect fit?

  • You have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any other related field from an accredited college or university
  • You have 3+ years of accounting, operations, or logistics experience
  • You have 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • You have basic reporting and analytical experience
  • You are proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • You have strong PC skills
  • You have clear and effective written and verbal English communication skills
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • You can deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization, priority setting, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • You are self-motivated and self-directed with strong work ethic
  • You can work closely with a senior management
